Do you want to hand over your property for management?

Woningbemiddeling can take care of both the financial and technical management of your property.

Financial management
The manager will see that the rented property is respected by the tenant in accordance to the conditions in the rental agreement. These conditions are further explained per property in the rental agreement. The landlord will give the manager the right to perform direct debits. The manager will ensure that the rent will be paid on time.

In the event of negligence on the part of the tenant, the manager will initiate all matters to collect the rent. If conversations and written reminders do not produce results, Woningbemiddeling B.V. and its employees immediately transfer the case to a collection agency. The costs for collection procedures fall outside this agreement and will be reimbursed by the owner.

 

Technical management
In the technical management of the property, the manager will initiate all matters to collect the rent.
