Woningbemiddeling B.V.
We started in 2017 as a new company in the housing market with North-Holland as our main operating area.
Our objective is to mediate in a professional manner between landlords and tenants as well as giving real estate advice.
We employ employees with years of experience in the field for the guidance of the entire rental process. For the office staff we also use the expertise of one of our partners AMV Hoorn to carry out all back office activities.
We strive to offer extensive advertising opportunities, including placement on Pararius, Funda, Marktplaats and Facebook.
The head office is located at Electronweg 15 in Hoorn and currently has three employees.

Do you know a property that we can rent out? If your tip leads to an assignment for the rental of a house or business building, you will receive a gift voucher of € 50,- from us as a private individual. Business customers can send us an invoice of € 125, -.
Professionele Begeleiding
Het gehele traject van het aanbieden van een woning tot de uiteindelijke sleuteloverdracht aan een nieuwe huurder wordt professioneel begeleid. Bij het tabblad verhuur vindt u een uitleg van het gehele stappenplan.
Duidelijke afspraken
Door goede afspraken schriftelijk vast te leggen en een credit-check uit te voeren van de potentiële huurder, worden onduidelijkheden en misverstanden achteraf voorkomen.
Vrijblijvende bezichting
Bij een aanvraag tot bezichtiging van een woning is de potentiële huur uiteraard geheel vrij in zijn/haar besluit tot verhuur. De overeenkomst is pas gesloten totdat de uiteindelijke huurovereenkomst is ondertekend.
